Objectives can have multiple Key Results.
We recommend a maximum of 3 to 5. It's a maximum and not a minimum, so some Objective could have 1 or 2. It all depends on the goal and what you need to achieve or validate in order to provide feedback as to whether or not you're achieving your Objective.
