The Monday.com integration automatically updates your goals based on your Boards, Groups or Items.
Enabling the Monday.com integration
To enable the Monday.com integration:
Go to Personal settings > Integrations > Monday.com. Superadmins can also go to Configure > Integrations > Monday.com.
Click 'Enable'.
Click 'Connect'.
Allow Access.
Click Finish.
After it's enabled, you can choose to keep the integration private or shared with everyone else under 'Settings'.
How to integrate a KPI, Key Result, or Initiative with Monday.com
When creating a KPI or Result, click on Advanced Options. If the goal already exists, you can edit from the details modal in the right side panel.
Click Progress driver then select Monday.com under Integration.
Select Connection.
Select a Source Type: Board, Group, or Item.
Select Workspace.
Select Board.
Filter Column (Optional).
Filter Values: Separated by commas e.g. Done, Completed, Finished. (Required for Percentage).
Select Group and Item if Source Type: Group or Item.
Select Measurement: Count or Percentage.
Click Save & Sync now.
Important notes
Perdoo will check once a day for any changes — between 12-1AM CET — and will update in Perdoo if there was a change in the value.
If you'd like to update the goal at anytime, you can click "Update progress" and the latest value will be fetched, or open the integration and click "Save & Sync now".
