The Microsoft Planner integration automatically updates your goals based on the tasks in a selected Bucket.
Enabling the Microsoft Planner integration
ℹ️ This requires Superadmin rights.
To enable the Microsoft Planner integration:
Click 'Enable'.
In the modal, click 'Connect'.
Accept the permissions request.
Click Finish.
How to integrate a KPI, Key Result, or Initiative with Microsoft Planner
When creating a KPI or Result, click on Advanced Options. If the goal already exists, you can edit from the details modal in the right side panel.
Select Microsoft Planner under Integration.
Select Plan.
Select Bucket.
Select Measurement.
Percentage: Based on the average completion rate of all tasks in the selected Bucket.
Count: Based on the number of tasks in the selected Bucket.
Click Save.
Important notes
Perdoo will check once a day for any changes — between 12-1AM CET — and will update if a change has been made.
